Retro Beach Holiday Illustrations: Fun Summer & Coastal Art

2026-05-29

Bring the carefree joy of summer to life with this collection of retro beach holiday illustrations. Bursting with bright pastels, playful line art, and nostalgic vibes, these pieces capture the best parts of a coastal vacation—from lazy afternoons under the sun to sweet treats by the shore. Perfect for summer t-shirts, social media posts, party invites, or beach-themed branding, they’re like a sunny day in art form.

The star of the collection is a vibrant pastel beach doodle titled “Beach Please.” Set against a sunny shoreline, the scene features striped flip-flops, a colorful beach umbrella, a floppy sun hat, and sunglasses, all rendered in bold, playful lines and soft pink, blue, and yellow hues. It perfectly captures the laid-back energy of a beach day.

Other retro beach illustrations expand on this theme: retro-style bikinis and towels hang on a clothesline with the words “Stay salty, stay sunny,” a lounge chair sits under a palm tree with a refreshing drink, and a pastel speedboat speeds across the waves under a striped sunset. Even simpler designs, like blue line art fish and a creamy ice cream sundae, carry the same cheerful summer spirit.

From tropical getaways to lazy lake days, these coastal vacation prints bring warmth and fun to any project. Whether you’re designing summer merch or just want to add a pop of sunshine to your feed, these tropical summer art pieces are made to brighten your day.
